The maintenance and care tips for conveyor belt vulcanizing machines are as follows:

Storage environment: The storage environment of the vulcanizing machine should be kept dry and well-ventilated to prevent the electrical circuits from getting damp due to moisture. When storing, it should be placed in a warehouse with good air circulation, a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and free from rain and snow. It should be supported by sleepers and must not be placed directly on the ground.

Waterproof and moisture-proof: Do not use the vulcanizing machine outdoors on rainy days to prevent water from entering the electrical control box and heating plate. If the working environment is damp and full of water, when disassembling and moving the vulcanizing machine, it should be raised on the ground with items to prevent the vulcanizing machine from coming into direct contact with water.

Post-use treatment: After each use, the water in the water pressure plate should be drained completely, especially in winter. If the water cannot be drained completely, it will cause the rubber of the water pressure plate to age prematurely, reducing the service life of the water pressure plate. The correct way to drain water is after the vulcanization and heat preservation is completed but before the vulcanizing machine is disassembled.

Heating plate maintenance: If water enters the heating plate due to improper operation during use, contact the manufacturer for repair first. If emergency repair is needed, the cover plate on the heating plate can be opened first, the water can be drained out, then the electrical control box can be set to manual operation, heated to 100℃, maintained at a constant temperature for half an hour, the circuit can be dried, and then the belt bonding can be carried out in manual mode. At the same time, the manufacturer should be contacted in a timely manner for the overall replacement of the circuit.

Regular heating: When the vulcanizing machine is not in use for a long time, the heating plate should be heated every half a month (with the temperature set at 100℃), maintaining the temperature for about half an hour to prevent the heating plate from getting damp and damaged.

Handle with care: During the process of use and transportation, handle with care, operate in a civilized manner, and avoid damaging the equipment due to severe vibration.

Regular inspection: Regularly inspect all components of the vulcanizing machine, including electrical parts, seals, hydraulic systems, etc. Address any issues promptly to prevent equipment malfunctions and accidents.

Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly lubricate and maintain the bearings, transmission components, etc. of the equipment, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to reduce friction and extend the service life of the equipment.

Anti-corrosion maintenance: Regularly apply anti-corrosion agents to the equipment to prevent damage to its components due to moisture, corrosion and other conditions.

Record maintenance status: During the maintenance process, keep good records, including information such as the maintenance time of the equipment, maintenance content, and maintenance personnel, so as to monitor and analyze the operation of the equipment, and promptly identify and handle problems.
