The maintenance cycle of the conveyor belt vulcanizing machine needs to be determined comprehensively based on factors such as the frequency of equipment use and working environment. The following are maintenance suggestions for different situations:

Regular maintenance cycle: For vulcanizing machines with moderate usage frequency and dry working environment, it is recommended to conduct a comprehensive maintenance every three months. The maintenance content includes cleaning the dust and oil stains on the surface and inside of the equipment, checking whether the transmission components, electrical components, seals, motors, etc. are worn or aged, and dealing with the problems found in a timely manner.

Special environment maintenance cycle: If the vulcanizing machine is used in a humid, water-rich or heavily dusty environment, the maintenance cycle should be shortened. For instance, conduct a basic inspection and cleaning once a month, and carry out a comprehensive maintenance every two months to prevent the equipment from deteriorating at an accelerated rate due to environmental factors.

Long-term maintenance when not in use: If the vulcanizing machine is not to be used for a long time, the heating plate should be heated every half a month (with the temperature set at 100℃) and maintained at the temperature for about half an hour to prevent the heating plate from getting damp and damaged. Meanwhile, regularly inspect the storage environment of the equipment to ensure it is dry and well-ventilated.
