The structural features of the steam conveyor belt vulcanizing machine are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

Steam chamber structure: Steam vulcanizing machines are usually equipped with two halves of steam chambers, the upper half of the steam chamber is fixed on the secondary crossbeam, and the lower half of the steam chamber is fixed on the base. Sealing devices, such as sealing gaskets, are installed between the steam chambers to ensure that steam does not leak. The outer surface of the steam chamber may also be covered with insulating materials to reduce heat loss.

Heating and pressure system: The steam chamber provides the heat required for vulcanization by inputting steam. The pressure and temperature of the steam can be precisely controlled to meet the vulcanization requirements of different conveyor belt materials. Meanwhile, the design of the steam chamber also takes into account the uniform distribution of pressure to ensure the quality of the conveyor belt joints during the vulcanization process.

Transmission and locking mechanism: Steam vulcanizing machines are usually equipped with transmission mechanisms to achieve the opening and closing of the steam chamber. During the vulcanization process, the transmission mechanism can generate locking force to prevent the steam chamber from accidentally opening due to internal pressure. This design ensures the safety and stability of the vulcanization process.

Safety mechanism: To ensure the safety of operators, steam vulcanizing machines are usually equipped with safety valves, safety devices and other safety mechanisms. When the steam pressure exceeds the rated value, the safety valve will automatically open to release the excess steam. The safety device can detect obstacles or abnormal resistance when the vulcanization model is turned off, and immediately stop the machine operation or reverse it to prevent accidents.

Operation and Control: The operation of the steam vulcanizing machine is relatively simple, but it also requires certain professional skills. Operators need to be familiar with the structure and working principle of the machine and be able to accurately control parameters such as steam pressure, temperature and vulcanization time. In addition, some modern steam vulcanizing machines are also equipped with advanced control systems, achieving automated operation and remote monitoring.
