The performance parameters of large fixed conveyor belt vulcanizing machines usually cover multiple key dimensions. The following is an explanation from several aspects including core parameters, temperature control, pressure control, size specifications, and electrical parameters:

Vulcanization pressure: Generally within the range of 1.0 to 4.0MPa. Vulcanization pressure is crucial to the vulcanization quality of conveyor belt joints. Appropriate pressure can ensure the full integration of rubber materials, enhancing the strength and reliability of the joints.

Vulcanization temperature: Usually adjustable, ranging from 0 to 200℃. During the vulcanization process, the temperature is generally set at around 145℃, and the temperature difference on the surface of the vulcanized plate is required to be controlled within a small range, such as ±3℃ to ±5℃, to ensure the uniformity of the vulcanization temperature and thereby achieve a consistent vulcanization effect.

Heating time: There are certain requirements for the time needed to rise from room temperature to the vulcanization temperature, generally not exceeding 30 to 50 minutes. A shorter heating time can enhance work efficiency and reduce downtime waiting time.

Water cooling time: The time required to cool from the vulcanization temperature to below 70℃ is approximately 6 minutes. The rapid water cooling time helps shorten the vulcanization cycle and improve the utilization rate of the equipment.

Hot plate specifications: There are various size specifications. For instance, the length of the hot plate can reach 12000mm, 10000mm, etc., and the width also comes in different sizes such as 1800mm, 1600mm, 1400mm, 1100mm, etc. The selection of hot plate specifications depends on the width of the conveyor belt and the vulcanization requirements. Larger hot plate specifications can adapt to the vulcanization of wider conveyor belts.

Nominal total pressure: Depending on different models and specifications, the nominal total pressure varies, such as 74.00MN, 72.00MN, 56.00MN, etc. The nominal total pressure reflects the ability of the vulcanizing machine to apply pressure and determines the specifications and strength of the vulcanized conveyor belt it can produce.

The unit pressure of the hot plate is generally between 2.8 and 4.0MPa. The unit pressure of the hot plate is related to the vulcanization pressure. An appropriate unit pressure can ensure that the conveyor belt joint is subjected to uniform and sufficient pressure during the vulcanization process.

Plunger diameter: Common plunger diameters include 500mm, 450mm, 400mm, 360mm, etc. The size of the plunger diameter will affect the pressure transmission and stability of the vulcanizing machine.

The number of plungers: usually ranging from 5 to 18. The setting of the number of plungers is related to the overall structure and pressure distribution of the vulcanizing machine. A reasonable number of plungers can ensure that the pressure is evenly applied to the hot plate.

The large stroke of the plunger: The stroke range is between 300 and 520mm. The large stroke of the plunger determines the range of thickness variations of the conveyor belt that the vulcanizing machine can adapt to during the vulcanization process.

Power supply voltage: There are multiple voltage specifications to choose from, such as 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V, 480V, 660V or 220V. Different power supply voltages are suitable for different industrial power consumption environments. Users need to match them according to the actual situation when making a choice.

The output power of the electrical control box is generally around 36kW, and there are also other different power specifications. The output power of the electrical control box will affect the heating rate and overall performance of the vulcanizing machine.

Timing adjustment range: usually 0 to 99 minutes. The timing adjustment function can precisely control the vulcanization time to ensure that the vulcanization process is completed within the optimal time.
