The intelligent monitoring system functions of the vulcanizing machine are mainly reflected in the following aspects

Real-time data collection and transmission: Through sensors and interfaces, the data on the vulcanizing machine production equipment is transmitted in real time to the monitoring system. For instance, sensors for temperature, pressure, humidity, etc. are installed at key positions of production equipment to collect critical data during the vulcanization process, such as temperature, pressure, time, etc., ensuring that the data of each step in the production process is accurately recorded.

Remote monitoring and management: By leveraging Internet of Things (iot) technology, the vulcanization equipment can be networked. Enterprises can obtain real-time information on the operation status, process parameters, production information, alarm data, etc. of each vulcanizing machine on the factory data screen and MES platform. Thus, they can reasonably adjust production, operation and maintenance, and maintenance work based on orders to ensure that the equipment is always in a high-efficiency production mode.

Abnormal alarm and handling: Set alarm thresholds for various parameters according to different production processes and equipment requirements. When the parameters monitored in real time exceed the set alarm threshold, the system will automatically issue an alarm signal and provide a detailed alarm handling process to guide the operators to quickly respond to and solve the problem.

Data storage and traceability: Classify and store all the data collected during the production process to ensure the integrity and traceability of the data. It offers multiple query methods, such as time, equipment, process, etc., to facilitate operators in finding the historical data they need. Through data analysis tools, historical data is statistically analyzed to identify potential problems and optimization points in production.

Visual reports and decision support: Design various types of reports based on enterprise needs, such as production reports, quality reports, equipment reports, etc. Data is presented intuitively through charts, graphs and other means, facilitating the understanding and analysis of operators. It supports the export function of reports, facilitating enterprises to archive and share data and helping them implement data-driven decision-making.

Process parameter editing and adjustment: All parameters that need to be modified are concentrated in the process editing screen, such as step sequence, step time, valve status, PID parameters, delay setting, vulcanization specification, machine number, etc. Operators can conveniently edit and adjust the process parameters through this screen to meet the vulcanization requirements of different rubber products.

Equipment condition monitoring and maintenance: Form a full life cycle file of the equipment, understand information such as equipment alarm frequency and operation and maintenance records, summarize experiences and make improvements and optimizations, take measures to maintain in a timely manner, and reduce losses caused by faults and shutdowns. Provide engineers with a network channel for remote maintenance of PLCS, enabling remote programming and debugging of PLCS, as well as remote program upload and download operations, to enhance work efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
